Cylinder Head Services

• Cylinder Head Service: Cut seats, deck gasket surface, vapor hone. No assembly or disassembly included at this price. $300

• Replace Valve Seats:

• OEM Seat: $100
• Bronze Seat (better): $125
• Moldstar 90 Seat (best): $150

• Replace Valve Guides (Parts and labor for MOST): $45 each (Labor only: $30 each)

• Resurface Only: $85 (Wedge-shaped or hard-to-fixture heads: $100)

Cylinder Services

• Bore 4-Stroke Cylinder: $100 (If over .040” increase: $150)

• Bore 2-Stroke Cylinder: $125 (If over .040” increase: $175)

• Sleeve Cylinder: ~$400

• Nikasil Plate Cylinder: $261 (Add $75 if welding is required)

Crankshaft Services

• Rebuild 2-Stroke Crank and Small Trail Bike 4-Strokes: $150 (Labor only)

• Rebuild 4-Stroke Crank: $250 (Labor only)

• Most Rod Kits: ~$150

Engine Full Rebuild (Average Cost: Parts and Labor, Engine Removed from Frame)

• 4-Stroke Single Cylinder Engine: $2500

• 2-Stroke Single Cylinder Engine: $1600

• Polaris RZR/RGR Engine: $3800
